The beginning of the NBA free agency period has gotten off to a quick start with huge contracts and some unexpected movement. ESPN reported this morning that LeBron James is staying in LA to play with Bronny, as he’s signing a two-year, $104 maximum million contract. In case you missed anything, here are some of the other big moves so far:
The 76ers are getting Paul George and are signing Tyrese Maxey to a five-year, $204 million contract
Klay Thompson is headed to the Mavericks
The Warriors waived Chris Paul, who then agreed to a contract with San Antonio
Oklahoma City and Isaiah Hartenstein agreed to a three-year, $87 million deal
Kyle Anderson is going to the Warriors via a sign-and-trade
Mo Wagner is staying in Orlando on a two-year, $22 million deal, and the Magic agreed to a three-year contract with Kentavious Caldwell-Pope
The Heat signed Kevin Love to a two-year deal
