The Pistons lost the NBA Lottery for the second year in a row. Just like last year, Detroit had the worst record in the NBA, and therefore the best odds to win the lottery (along with Washington), but ended up with the fifth pick. The Atlanta Hawks will have the first pick after overcoming 3% odds. The Rockets, who finished at .500, jumped all the way up to the #3 pick — just behind the 15-67 Wizards and ahead of the 22-60 Spurs.
